Order details: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, landmark and pincode, order notes, chosen date, slot and items.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive a payment reference and status; we do not receive or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
Messages: information you send through our contact form, phone, WhatsApp or email.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type), processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability. Your cart is stored in your own browser.

How we use it

To prepare, deliver or hand over your order and contact you about it.
To process payments, refunds and maintain accounting records.
To answer your questions and improve our service.
To meet legal, tax and food-safety obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

Our payment partner, to process payments and refunds.
Our delivery staff or delivery partner, limited to what is needed to deliver your order (name, phone, address).

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
