These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with TTC Foods. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Pre-orders
- We accept advance orders only. Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff shown on the website (Order by 8:00 PM for tomorrow's breakfast).
- Each date and slot has limited capacity. Availability is shown at checkout and may change until your payment is complete.
- An order is confirmed only after successful online payment. You will see a confirmation page with your order reference.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown on the website at the time of ordering. Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
- We may change prices, portions or menu items at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We do not offer cash on delivery.
3. Delivery and pickup
- Delivery is available only within our service area. Delivery times are windows, not exact times.
- Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number. If we cannot reach you or access the address during your slot, the order may be treated as delivered.
- Pickup orders must be collected during the selected pickup window with your order reference.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic or other events outside our control may occur; we will try to keep you informed.
4. Food information
Our food is freshly prepared and best enjoyed soon after delivery or pickup. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before ordering.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Our right to cancel
We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if we are unable to fulfil it—for example due to an operational issue, an address outside our service area, or suspected misuse.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where TTC Foods operates.
